What Is Roar of Time in Pokemon GO
Roar of Time serves as the signature move for Origin Forme Dialga in Pokemon GO. It is a powerful Dragon-type attack that not only excels in battles but also offers a unique Adventure Effect. By using Dialga candies and Stardust, players can activate this effect, which lets Dialga manipulate time to pause timers on items like Incense and Star Pieces, extending their duration.
In battles, Roar of Time is even more effective because it gets a Same-Type Attack Bonus (STAB) from Dialga’s Dragon type. This boost enhances its power, making it a devastating option. The move has a base power of 150 in trainer battles and 160 in raids and gym battles, making it one of the strongest attacks available in the game.
How To Use Roar of Time in Pokemon GO
You need to open Origin Dialga’s status screen to activate Roar of Time. The screen shows usual details like descriptions and type information. A special section appears at the bottom when this move is available. If you have enough resources, then you can activate this adventure effect in this special section.
Cost of Roar of Time Adventure Effect in Pokemon GO
In Pokemon GO, only Origin Forme Dialga can use the Roar of Time Adventure Effect. This powerful ability pauses timers for items like Incense, Lucky Eggs, Star Pieces, and Daily Adventure Incense, providing great advantages.
Activating Roar of Time for six minutes requires 5,000 Stardust and five Dialga Candy. You can extend this effect in six-minute steps, with a maximum duration of two hours. Reaching the two-hour limit will cost 100,000 Stardust and 100 Dialga Candy.
For longer usage, the effect can extend up to 24 hours. However, this costs 1,200,000 Stardust and 1,200 Dialga Candy, so plan wisely before making this investment.
