Like other daily chores, you must regularly relieve yourself in Abiotic Factor. Let us discuss how you can excrete in the game.

The co-op survival Abiotic Factor fosters the true essence of trying to make it out in a hostile environment. As you fend off fearsome foes and source your food in the underground GATE facility, you also need to tend to yourself. Bandaging injuries, managing pain, eating, and staying hydrated — you must do these at regular intervals to survive.
However, with food comes excretion. Unfortunately, this is also a feature in the game. In this article, let us discover how to use the toilet in Abiotic Factor.
Using the Toilet in Abiotic Factor

First off, your “natural call” will come after considerable consumption of food and water. You cannot use the toilet unless you are ready. You will find multiple bathrooms around the facility. They usually host two toilet stalls, two sinks, and a dryer.
Using a toilet is as straightforward as walking up to it and interacting with it.
As unsavory as it sounds, to carry out your business faster, you might indulge in a feces-related minigame.
The brown bar represents the amount of excretion left. The bottom bar has two yellow rectangles on a blue background. If you successfully press interact while the blue poop icon, which hovers from one side of the bar to the other, is on either of the rectangles, your bowel movement will begin.
You will defecate faster if you catch the small rectangle, while your business will be a little slower if you interact on the bigger rectangle. Missing the squares will not only stop your defecation but also reset the meter.
Makeshift Toilet

For your base, you can create a Makeshift Toilet. For crafting this, you’ll need the following items:
- 2x Wooden Plank
- 4x Metal Pipe
- 4x Cloth Scrap
- 1x Plastic Bucket/Metal Bucket/Wooden Bucket.
The Portal Toilet—the Rolls Rolls of Taking a Dump

The most luxurious way of relieving yourself is by using a Portal Toilet. These are efficient machines and use portal technology to be faster than conventional toilets. However, Portal Toilets require laser energy. To activate this marvel, you must craft a Laser Emitter, connect it to a power source, and aim the beam at the back of the royal toilet precisely.
These fantastic machines come with a unique twist: every flush has a narrow chance of flinging you into an entirely different dimension — as bizarre as that sounds. To be prepared for such cases, pack a Crafting Bench and a Personal Teleporter before you go to take a squat. That way, you can return to your base after being flushed.
