Adin Ross identifies as Jewish and was born to Jewish parents. The streamer reportedly expressed his confusion about his alternative X account after waking up to a frenzy of racist messages from Kanye. He said:

“Bro. w*f did I just wake up to?”

Kick streamer Adin Ross recently voiced his opposition to Kanye “Ye” West, a legendary rapper from Chicago. For those who don’t know, Ye’s recent offensive social media posts brought in a great deal of criticism for him. In these posts, he made antisemitic slurs and praised Adolf Hitler, writing:

“I’m a N*zi, I love Hitler.”

Kanye’s jabs against the Jewish community did not sit well with Adin. In one case, the rapper praised Hitler’s fashion sense and referred to him as “fresh.” His post read:

“Hitler was sooooo fresh.”

Replying to his tweet, Adin Ross replied and showed his disagreement. His reply was:

“No he wasn’t”

Ye has been a part of this kind of controversy previously. He was suspended from X in December 2022 for sharing a symbol that Elon Musk described as “incitement to violence,” which combined the Star of David with a swastika. In July 2023, his account was restored following his pledge to stop sharing inappropriate content.

Adin Ross Had Stood Up to Kanye West Previously

Throughout his career, Ross has discussed issues pertaining to his Jewish background. Speaking to DJ Akademiks in December 2022, the streamer discussed the incident where he called off his interview with Kanye.

“I said, ‘Come on my stream, we’re gonna do crazy numbers bro, at least anywhere from 400-500,000 live viewers for sure, we’re breaking the internet’… I said something that made him think that I was an enemy. “He said, ‘Yo, you know, you Jews aren’t going to tell me what I can and can’t say.”

Adin continued by saying that he stood up to Kanye and protected his community during the discussion. The streamer said:

“I can’t have you come on my platform and just say a bunch of sh*t about Jews.”

However, in a video he shared later, he talked about it in detail. He said that he looked up to Kanye as his idol before he had a conversation with him.
