Mafia The Old Country consists of a total of 34 charms you will find throughout your story campaign. These are further divided into two types, namely Beads and Medallions. These play a significant role in enhancing Enzo’s skills, aiding your gameplay. Some skills include increased aiming or more loot pickups. There are various ways through which you can acquire these charms.

Charms in Mafia The Old Country

Out of the 34 charms in the game, two are unlocked by default, four are attainable through the different edition packs, and six of them can be purchased. The remaining 22 are what you will find as you progress through the chapters. The game rewards you for exploration, with various collectibles hidden in plain sight. These can be discovered by slightly swaying from the main path.
