Here is a guide on where you can find the Palword Terraria dungeon chest locations and the item drops you can find.
Palworld finally released an update featuring a collab with the 2D sandbox action-adventure game Terraria. The collab includes a ton of new content, including a new realm that players can explore. This new realm is also the only place where you can acquire a special item that lets you fight a new raid boss.
On top of the new enemies, the Palworld Terraria collab also includes new schematics to acquire inside the dungeon’s treasure chests. However, finding them is easier said than done. To help you out, here is a list of all Palworld Terraria dungeon locations and the drops you can find.

Where To Find the Palworld Terraria Dungeon?
You can enter the Terraria dungeon in Palworld by heading to the Eternal Summer Isle (-422, -796). Make sure you are ready for combat when you enter the area. There are hostiles inside, like slimes and demon eyes, on top of the new Pals added by the update.
There will be multiple rooms to access before you can reach the boss arena. Once you enter the second room, head to the left cave entrance. Once you are inside the third room, go to the right cave entrance, where you will spot an abandoned house.
Exit the room through the waterway and make your way to the left-side cave entrance. You should spot a hole where you can drop down and access a mine cave with glowing purple stones. Keep moving forward until you spot two paths blocked by golden walls. You need to break the right wall to gain access to the boss arena.
Terraria Dungeon Treasure Chest Locations
- Room 2: You’ll find two treasure chests in both the front and right-side caves.
- Room 3: A single treasure chest is located inside the cave to the left.
- Underground Mine, Room 1: Look to the golden wall on the left; it hides one treasure chest.
- Underground Mine, Room 2: Just beyond the path leading to the boss chamber, another golden wall conceals a treasure chest.
- Boss Room: This area holds two treasure chests for you to collect.

List of All Palworld Terraria Dungeon Item Drops
There are a total of six new weapons and seven armor schematics to find inside the Sealed Realm of Terraria. You can get these items by looting dungeon treasure chests. Additionally, each weapon and armor has its own Legendary version.

You can craft the items using Hallowed Bars you can loot inside the Palworld Terraria dungeon. Additionally, you can find Life Crystals in the dungeon, which increase your overall HP.
