This guide explains how to get and use all potions in the Prospecting Snowy Mountain update to optimize your stats.
Prospecting’s new Snowy update is now live, and it has introduced a ton of new features and items. The game now has a Merchant’s Potion, which allows you to sell your items at double the price. This guide explains how to get all potions in the Prospecting Snowy Mountain update.
Do note that not all of the potions are available for cash. You have to farm meteor shards to get some of the high-value potions. For other new items and features in the new patch, check out the Snowy Mountain Update guide.

Prospecting Snowy Mountain Update: All Potions Detailed
Here are all of the potions that you can get in the current update:

You can get the new Merchant’s Potion from the Shard Shop. The other potions are available at the Alchemist Store. Do note that the potions activate as soon as you purchase them. You can stockpile them in your inventory, and you should purchase them only when you need to use them.
The luck potions are more useful for most players, but you can get the capacity potions if you run out of space. The new Merchant’s Potion is useful for selling your items at higher prices. Do not purchase it if you don’t plan to sell at any time during your play session.

All potions are valuable in Prospecting. If you have a lot of Meteor Shards, the greater potions are significantly better than their basic counterparts. The Greater Luck Potion is one of the best items to keep active at all times.
How To Farm Meteor Shards for Purchasing Potions?
You can wait for a meteor shower in-game to farm Meteor Shards. You also get them when you discover new minerals, complete quests, or dig new areas.
