There are four Purple Talismans scattered across Chapter 4 of Black Myth: Wukong, and they lead to a hidden boss.
After reaching the Webbed Hollow in Chapter 4 of Black Myth: Wukong, players will stumble across altars that have a purple glow to them. If you go to these altars, you will find purple talismans. There are four Purple Talismans scattered in the world. Collecting them all prompts a hidden boss fight and grants a great reward. However, players must ensure that they collect all the talismans in Chapter 4 itself as the talismans are exclusive to the chapter. If players fail to collect them, they will be locked out of the reward the talismans grant.
In this guide, we shall go over the locations of the four Purple Talismans in Chapter 4 of Black Myth: Wukong and share tips on dealing with the hidden boss.
Purple Talisman Locations

| Talisman #1 | Webbed Hollow – The Vendure Bridge | Follow the path past the shrine and straight ahead down the broken bridge. Take the flight of stairs towards the gnarled tree and then another staircase behind the shed. Go up the stairs and take the first right across the wooden bridge to find the first talisman. |
| Talisman #2 | Webbed Hollow – Cliff of Oblivion | The Purple Talisman is right before the shrine, on the right. |
| Talisman #3 | Webbed Hollow – Cliff of Oblivion | Follow the path ahead of the shrine. Fight Buddha’s Right Hand, and they will form a bridge upon death. Cross the bridge, drop down, and take three successive right turns. You will eventually come to a narrow bridge that you have to cross. Go straight past the cocoons till you reach a forest. Stick to the path on the left and then take a left turn. Go up the slope and take the stairs. Walk down the straight path until you reach another slope. Climb up to find the talisman surrounded by vines. |

What Happens After You Collect All Purple Talismans
When you collect the fourth talisman from the altar, it breaks down. This triggers a cutscene, and a winged creature lands in front of you. It is armed and has a hand for a head. This is the Supreme Inspector, and you will have to fight it.
Deal damage to the Supreme Inspector using light combos. Once you deal about 15% damage to the boss, it flees. You can then head towards the temple to find the Celestial Nonary Pill that increases maximum stamina. Do note that the boss will appear again later in Chapter 6.
