There are a bunch of recruits you can add to your Castle Town during Chapter 4 of Deltarune. Here is a list of all of them.
Not every enemy is unreasonable in Deltarune. Some of these enemies can be recruited, provided you make the right choices and avoid provoking them during the game.
Chapter 4 of Deltarune will let you add many recruits to Castle Town. Here are the locations of all the recruits and how to recruit them.

How To Recruit All Chapter 4 Enemies
| Recruit | Location | How To Recruit |
| Balthizard | Transition areas, like Underground Tunnels | Use Act commands early in the fight. |
| Bibliox | Library-themed areas | Use defensive actions. Offensive actions will aggravate it. |
| Guei | Any dark room with shifting light | Time your acts to its movements. Correctly matching its movements will let you spare it. |
| Mizzle | Dark Sanctuary | Use actions to increase your Mercy meter. Non-aggressive acts are the most useful ones here. |
| Miss Mizzle | Found near the Regular Container of Water | Use compliment types of acts to get through this enemy. Mimicry also works here. |
| Organikk | Any natural areas with an abundance of plants | One of the slower recruitment processes. You need to use nurturing and peaceful acts to build Mercy. |
| Wicabel | 2nd Sanctuary, magical zones | Use interruption or a magic counteract. The aim is to keep Wicabel from casting too much. |
| Winglade | 2nd Sanctuary, sky-themed areas | Two requirements for quick recruitment. Consistently dodge its attacks, and simultaneously praise it to spare it. (Avoid aggressive acts) |
What Does Recruiting Do?
Firstly, you need to be careful if you wish to recruit any of the above enemies. If you accidentally KO an enemy type you wish to recruit, that recruit will be off the table. Therefore, try to spare the above enemy types if you encounter them.
However, if you are able to spare the above enemies and eventually recruit them, they will settle down in Castle Town. This will add to the vibe and atmosphere of the place. So, try your best not to defeat these enemies.
