Break down all traits, rarity tier, and roll cost in Dead Spells’ latest update. Master your build with smarter trait choices.

Dead Spells just dropped its Traits Update, and the entire meta shifted overnight. Twelve fresh perks now sit beside the old favorites, each tweaking health, damage, speed, or regeneration in ways that can carry or crumble a run.
That shiny “Roll – 10b” button looks harmless, yet every press chips away at your burger stash, so knowing what each trait does and how steep its price tag runs matters more than ever. This guide gives a quick rarity breakdown, clear stat boosts, and a step-by-step path to locking in the buffs that suit your class.
Traits in Dead Spells Roblox
To get traits in Dead Spells, you need to interact with the Trait Machine located next to the Goblin NPC. Press E to open the trait interface. From here, you have two options: Roll a random trait for 10b Burgers, or Buy a specific trait using a larger amount of Burgers, depending on its rarity and power.

Traits are categorized by rarity, which affects both their cost and drop chance. The rarity tiers are:
- Common – 70.85%
- Uncommon – 17.71%
- Rare – 7.08%
- Epic – 3.54%
- Legendary – 0.7%
- Mythical – 0.08%
You can roll for traits repeatedly if you’re looking for a surprise, but buying directly guarantees the one you want, if you can afford it.
Here’s a full list of all available traits, their costs, effects, and rarity:
Common
- Nothing (0b): No bonuses
Uncommon
- Healthy (125b): 1.05x Health
- Tactful (135b): 1.05x Damage
- Lifter (150b): 1.1x Melee Damage
Rare
- Strong (250b): 1.2x Melee Damage
- Enlightened (300b): 1.2x Wand Damage
- Cowardly (350b): 1.1x Speed, -10% Damage
Epic
- Speedy (500b): 1.1x Speed
- Tanky (525b): 1.2x Health
- Sniper (550b): 1.2x Headshot Damage
Legendary
- Regenerative (1800b): 1.5x Regen
- Empowered (2000b): 1.2x Damage
Mythical
- Unbound (7500b): 1.2x Speed, 1.2x Damage, -20% Health
These traits influence how your class performs in combat. For example, Lifter works well with melee-focused builds, while Sniper is ideal for high-accuracy ranged players. Regenerative is a good pick for survivability-focused strategies, especially in longer fights.
The better the trait, the more expensive it gets. Traits like Empowered and Unbound are extremely strong but cost a significant number of Burgers. If you’re short on currency, it’s more efficient to roll a few times and take your chances with RNG, especially if you’re fine settling for something in the uncommon or rare tier.
The update also introduced improved stat visibility, so you can now see exactly how a trait modifies your class stats. Make sure to experiment with different combinations to see what fits your playstyle best.
