Knowing all Yeti Hunt locations in GTA 5 Online is crucial if you want to catch ’em all. This is a recurring event once a year where players gather clues on the whereabouts of the Yeti and hunt them down for good. The event will last until January 1, 2025.
Completing the event will reward players with a rare Yeti Outfit. Each clue you find will reward you with an additional $10,000 cash. This is your chance to farm some cash and snag a limited-edition costume along the way.
However, finding this urban legend is not that simple. In this guide, we’ll list down all Yeti Hunt Clue Locations in GTA Online.

List of All GTA Online Yeti Hunt Clue Locations
To complete the event, you must find five clues leading you to the Yeti in GTA Online. Once you find the clues, you must travel to a specific location at a specific time to find the Yeti and defeat him.
Fortunately, the clues are not that far off from each other, unlike the Snowmen Locations in the game. This means you won’t be moving too far to find all of them.
Rusty Old Exterior of a Car (1/5)
Head to this location and find a rusty old car exterior with no wheels. It’s most likely covered in snow so you need to look closely.
Abandoned Camping Site (2/5)
You will need to look for an abandoned campsite with a tent, sleeping beds, and some hiking equipment.
Riverside Clues (3/5)
Travel down the riverside and look for a dead animal. You will also find a footprint nearby.
Mannequin Parts (4/5)
Quite near to the riverside Yeti Hunt clue location, you can find scattered mannequin parts near a cut-down tree.
Flipped Over Vehicle (5/5)
You must a flipped-over car. It’s out in the open so you can spot it easily but is covered in snow.
Where Does the Yeti spawn in GTA 5 Online
After finding all five clues, travel to a marked area on a map between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Once you are within the circle, the Yeti will spawn and attack you. Defeat them to complete the challenge. It will be a tough fight so make sure you are well equipped before the encounter.
If you get killed by the Yeti, you can always return to the location at the same time duration. However, make sure to wait for the area to be marked again on the map before entering. The Yeti should respawn to throw hands one more time.
GTA Online Yeti Hunt Event Rewards
With each clue you encounter in the Yeti Hunt event in GTA Online, you get $10,000 in-game cash. That’s a total of $50,000 cash prize if you find all of them. Defeating the Yeti will reward you with another $50,000 and The Yeti outfit. You can find this new costume in your wardrobe in the “Outfits: Festive” section.
