Samsung has sent out invitations for its upcoming product launch event — the Galaxy S25 Edge. The tech giant gave an initial teaser of the S25 Edge during the Galaxy S25 series event, back in January. Presently, the Galaxy S25 Edge is scheduled for an official reveal.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launch event is set for May 12, at 8:00 PM ET (5:00 PM PT). According to Samsung, you can join the launch event live stream on its official website, as well as, its YouTube channel.
To ensure that you won’t miss the start, you can opt to receive notifications to stay updated. In case watching the event live is not possible, given the regional timings, Samsung will put out a recorded version shortly after the live event. You can view the event countdown on the YouTube live stream as well.
Unlike the usual Samsung’s flagship Galaxy Unpacked events, the Galaxy S25 Edge will be the sole focus of the upcoming launch. Of course, you can also expect brief mentions of the accessories, but the core of the presentation will be focused on the new device.

If you observe the leaks, you can see certain preliminary details on the Galaxy S25 Edge. You can expect this phone to boast a notably slim design. There is some information that indicates that the device will feature a dual-lens camera setup, featuring a 200MP main sensor, along with a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
Further details on the device include a 6.7-inch display, a thin profile of about 5.84mm, and a battery capacity of around 3,900 mAh. However, certain leaks may indicate a larger battery capacity as well. The S25 Edge is expected to have the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset at its core.
