Andrew Tate has been accused of attacking his girlfriend, Bri Stern, while having sex, as per reports revealed by TMZ.
Controversial internet personality Andrew Tate has found himself in further controversy after reports suggested that one of his girlfriends, Bri Stern, had allegedly made a report against the former kickboxer. TMZ reported that Bri Stern, who is a supermodel, filed a complaint against Tate for attacking her during sex at the Beverly Hills Hotel. According to the reports, the alleged incident occurred around a couple of weeks ago (March 11, 2025).
Stern alleged that Tate had “choked” her. She further claimed that she had requested Tate to stop, only for Tate to become more violent, causing Stern to nearly lose consciousness. Stern has also taken pictures of her alleged injuries, which TMZ shared:

Furthermore, the TMZ report also included a medical report which stated that Bri Stern was diagnosed with “post-concussive syndrome.”
Have Andrew Tate And Tristan Tate Returned To Romania?
Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate are currently involved in a serious legal case concerning allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and organized crime. Most of these allegations have been brought forward by the Romanian authorities, and the investigation is ongoing. In fact, the Tate brothers had to return to Romania last week to attend a court hearing.
Throughout 2024 and the beginning of 2025, Andrew and Tristan Tate were not permitted to leave Romania. However, in February, travel restrictions were eased, allowing them to fly to the USA. Despite this, they have had to return to Romania due to their ongoing legal case.
Bri Stern, the girlfriend who filed the complaint, allegedly stated that she did not feel safe reporting it until the Tates left the USA. A TMZ report also shared screenshots of an alleged conversation between Stern and Andrew Tate, in which he appeared to make violent remarks, including expressing a desire to hit her. A couple of the messages read:
“You back talk to much wh*re, so I beat you. I will hit you today.”
Another read:
“I want to beat the f**k out of you. You will give me a child this year.”
Andrew Tate was in the US for less than a month and he’s already accused of having committed sexual assault against a girlfriend during that time.

Aside from his ongoing case in Romania and the alleged police report in the USA, Andrew Tate is also facing legal trouble in the UK. A separate civil action has been brought against him by four women. The women have accused him of r*pe and coercive control between 2013 and 2016.
The Tate brothers have also been accused of tax fraud. They allegedly failed to pay any taxes on £21 million in revenue from their online businesses between 2014 and 2022.
