People can spin or defend however they want.” Tate responded to the governor’s allegations, claiming that he removes evidence and deletes his phone memory every night. He claimed that the government will not be able to find anything and challenged officials to try and convict him.

“What have I done since I arrived? I did Patrick Bet-David and sat on my laptop, that’s all… I’ve done Patrick Bet-David, I sat on my laptop, I had Taco Bell, and I’ve got a criminal investigation… It doesn’t even make any f*cking sense!”

“Raid my house, take my stuff, you think I sleep with a phone full of evidence? You think I don’t wipe my phone every night? You think I’m dumb? Come get me, arrest me, let’s do this all over again.”

The attorney general told the press that alleged victims have come forward to testify against the Tate brothers. He added:
“Many of these victims are coming forward, some of them minors. People can spin or defend however they want, but in Florida, this type of behavior is viewed as atrocious. We’re not going to accept it.”
Andrew Tate claims that the Tate brothers are “largely misunderstood” and they have no criminal records. He appeared on multiple podcasts after his return to the US, claiming all the trafficking and money laundering charges against the brothers are “fake.”
