Controversial figures Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, have lost a legal battle in the Westminster Magistrates’ Court, UK, where authorities have been granted permission to seize over £2 million (around $3.5 million) for unpaid taxes. The judge ruled that the brothers failed to pay taxes on their reported earnings. The earnings are supposedly over $26.6 million from their online business ventures.

The brothers’ earnings from 2014 to 2022 stem from online ventures such as War Room, Hustler’s University, Cobra Tate, and OnlyFans. Authorities seized $3.5 million from seven frozen bank accounts, including one belonging to a woman identified as “J.” Despite her account holding $12 million, she reportedly had no involvement in the businesses.

The Tate brothers face criminal allegations in Romania, including human trafficking and operating a criminal group for human exploitation. However, Andrew and Tristan deny all criminal allegations against them. Andrew posted on X, in response to the ruling on December 18, 2024, stating that:

“First they said I was a human trafficker, but couldnt find a single girl to testify. So instead they stole all the money they could find from banks. Over 21,000,000. If you speak against power they will do anything to destroy you.”

What Was Andrew Tate’s Response to the Situation

Andrew Tate has been quite vocal about the ruling and has posted multiple times about the situation on X. Tate amasses a massive following of over 10.4M followers on X. In response to a headline, Tate claimed that the UK government was stealing his money. The controversial figure also went on to ask what the money will be used for.

“The UK government is stealing my money saying that I owe them taxes. What will they spend my money on? Pensioners for winter allowance? Or illegal migrants who stab little girls and blowing up children in Gaza.”

The case against the brothers in the Romanian court has been dismissed for lack of evidence. The ruling comes after they were fined for unpaid taxes in the UK. Andrew Tate posted a video on X, stating that:

“CASE DISMISSED. But I do not long for freedom. I long for justice.”
