Secret Units are some of the strongest characters in Anime Rangers X, but getting them is not easy. You need to complete special missions and be a bit lucky. Don’t worry! This guide will show you the best ways to unlock these rare units quickly.
1. Play Ranger Stages on Nightmare Mode
Ranger Stages are the game’s story missions. You get rewards for finishing them, and sometimes, that reward might be a Secret Unit! But you need to play on Nightmare difficulty to have a chance.
Here are two Secret Units you can get:
- Solar Fist
- Drop Chance: 0.05%
- Found in: Green Planet Act 1-3
- Eclipse Sorcerer
- Drop Chance: 1%
- Found in: Leaf Village Act 1-3
Tip: Use Mythic Units before trying Nightmare mode. It’s tough!
2. Join Limited-Time Boss Events
Sometimes, the game has special boss fights. Beat the boss, and you might get a Secret Unit.
Right now, you can play the Love of the Curse event. If you win, you might get:

3. Reroll Units Using Banners
You can also summon characters using banners. Go to the Fatty NPC and open the Summon menu. Rare units like the Knight King have about a 1% chance to drop. You’ll need Gems to summon, so save them up!
4. Use the AFK Chamber
Want to earn rewards while not even playing? Head to the AFK Chamber.
- Talk to Bulmy in the plaza.
- Enter the AFK World.
- Leave your game running.
