The Eyes on the Prize quest in Arc Raiders will send you to the Buried City. You have to search for the Secluded Roof Terrace and rewire solar panels.
Eyes on the Prize is a Tian Wen quest that involves finding the Secluded Roof Terrace and rewiring the solar panels’ junction box. The quest is assigned after you complete the previous missions given by Tian Wen, a trader residing in the Raider Den. The mission does not require any particular setup to complete, and all you have to do is bring the right basic crafting materials and find the hidden terrace.
How To Begin Eyes on the Prize in Arc Raiders
You can pick up Eyes on the Prize from Tian Wen once you have completed her earlier quests, such as Marked for Death and Broken Monument. Interact with Tian Wen and accept the Eyes on the Prize contract. The quest can then be completed in the field, and you can mark it as your active objective for convenience.
However, even after marking Eyes on the Prize as your active objective, the game won’t provide a map marker for you to follow. Instead, you are expected to rely on Tian Wen’s hints to narrow down a large search area.

Arc Raiders: Eyes on the Prize Walkthrough
Before setting out on the quest, make sure to bring 3 Wires and keep them in your safe pocket. Get Wires by recycling electric components like Fried Motherboards.
Head to the Buried City map and travel to its Old Town area near the southern end. The quest’s hint states that the Secluded Roof Terrace is in the west of the Southern Station, marked by blue tarps.
The Secluded Roof Terrace is located directly southwest of Plaza Rosa. It is the westernmost house in the cluster, marked in the map image above. The roof terrace has a blue tarp creating shade on it, and it connects to its adjoining building via a plank bridge, which also has pieces of blue tarp hanging from it.
You can climb to the Secluded Roof Terrace from the rooftops of its adjoining buildings, located to the east and west. The area has plenty of cover for you to sneak over to the objective without the patrolling Arc machines spotting you.

Once you reach the Secluded Roof Terrace, interact with the yellow junction box connected to the solar panels. You will use up the three Wires in your inventory to successfully rewire the solar panels and complete the Eyes on the Prize quest.
