Find and fix a Generator in Dam Battlegrounds to complete the Flickering Threat quest in Arc Raiders. Here’s how to do it.
The Flicker Threat quest in Arc Raiders will ask you to go on a raid in Dam Battlegrounds to locate the generator room and fix the broken piece of machinery there. The mission in itself is simple, but due to its importance in the game, it is certainly possible that you will come across multiple other raiders while trying to complete the objectives.

How To Complete the Flickering Threat Quest in Arc Raiders
Accept the Flickering Threat quest from Celeste to see the following text:
My usual engineer is still healing from his wounds, so I need someone to cover his tasks for a while. I have a reward for you if you can turn the generators by the Dam back on.
As we mentioned, all you have to do is travel to Dam Battlegrounds, find the Generator Room, and then do some repairs to get it up and running. These are the only two objectives you have, but it is certainly possible to run into other raiders while you perform the tasks. So, be careful.
After accepting the mission, launch a raid in the Dam Battlegrounds, as it is the location of the objectives. But, before that, make sure that you have 4x wires in your inventory because you will need them to perform the repairs. You can either pack it up before starting the raid or loot it from different areas during it.
Open your map to see the point of interest. It will be on the Power Generator. Find your way to the location of the marker and then go to the North Complex Elevator extraction point. You will be able to find the mentioned Generator room by dropping down from the extraction point. Now, the generator in that room will be broken and inactive.
Approach it to see the “interact” prompt. Press and hold the designated key to make your character do the repairs and fix the generator. Once done, move towards the blast door nearby. Keep going until you come across three separate paths. You need to take the left from there to find a staircase. There will be a power switch right beside the stairs; use it to turn the generator on. Then simply extract to complete the Flickering Threat quest in Arc Raiders.

While the Flickering Threat quest sounds easy in theory, things can go south quite quickly due to the high probability of encountering other players while you try to do your objectives.
