Arc Raider is not your typical extraction shooter. This game has more personality with a mixture of RPG elements, giving each safe exfill more meaning. At the topside, you can scavenge as many materials as you can, which later prove useful for crafting more gear or selling to earn more coins. One of the categories of items you get is trinkets, which are valuable in terms of the coins you get from them. But there is another cool purpose attached to these items.

Raider hideout Overview in Arc Raiders
Raider Hideouts are your safehouse or private room back in Speranza, where you come and rest up after a long, hard day at the topside. This is where you get to access various features of the game, such as character customisation, the Expedition Project, the Trials, and your Skill Tree. In the background of this screen, you will see your Raider peacefully sitting on their bed, waiting for your next actions.
Now, this room, at first glance, feels like a mere aesthetic background. This is where the trinkets and other rare items help personalise the room to fit your taste.
How To Customize Your Raider Hideout
Your Raider hideout displays items based on what you store in your stash, as well as the order in which you place them. When you place either trinket in your stash, close your item window by clicking the prompted button. You will instantly see an item spawn in your room, either on the shelf or on the floor.
Each item has a designated area where it will be showcased. While you cannot directly choose where to place the items, you can decide which items you would like to keep and which you would like to discard by selling them off. The game also displays some of the best guns you store inside your stash on the right wall.
So, decorate your Hideout the way you like to give your Raider a place they can truly call home.
