The Torrente in Arc Raiders is an LMG, aka light machine gun, that is designed for taking on multiple enemies at once. This rare weapon also comes with a large magazine and uses the medium ammo type, but the heavy recoil and bullet spread can make it a bit tricky to use.
However, it is possible to improve its accuracy, among other aspects, through various methods. With that said, if you are looking for this weapon, here is a guide telling you how to get it in Arc Raiders.
How To Find the Torrente Gun in Arc Raiders
Arc Raiders is an extraction shooter that features a randomized loot system, which spawns items, weapons, and resources through its various maps. So in simple terms, there are no specific places that guarantee a Torrent gun. However, reports suggest that you can find some areas in the game where the weapon spawns more often. Here they are:
Popular Locations for the Torrente Gun:
- Marano Station: You can find some rare loot here, including the Torrente. Also, the enemy density is on the lighter side.
- South Swamp Outpost: Look in the various towers or follow quest objectives, and you may find the Torrente gun in a Weapon Crate.
- Pale Apartments: Look for the Torrente on the first floor. You may even find the weapon in hidden loot boxes or behind yellow sofas.
- Testing Annex: Try to search the rare crates on the upper floor or near the spiral staircase and tables.
- Water Treatment Complex: Examine the Weapon Crates on the tables, or inspect the ladders and control room.

How To Craft the Torrente Gun in Arc Raiders
Alternatively, you can also try to craft the Torrente weapon via your workshop if you are tired of looking for it in the world of Arc Raiders. Remember that you will need the blueprint of the gun as well.
To do that, first, you will need x2 Mechanical Components, x3 Medium Gun Parts, and x6 Steel Springs. Similar to the weapon, you can find these items by looting and scavenging various places on the maps. Recycling is also a valid option. After collecting the required materials, visit a level 2 or above Gunsmith and select the “Torrente I” option in the craft menu to make the weapon in exchange for the resources you found.
Furthermore, if you want to upgrade the Torrente Gun and get a larger magazine size as well as more durability and a reduced reloading time, then you can do so by spending additional components given below on your pre-existing Torrente. You can upgrade the gun up to Torrente IV.

How To Use the Torrente Gun in Arc Raiders
To use the Torrente Gun effectively and consistently in Arc Raiders, you must keep in mind certain things. The weapon is classified as an LMG, which means it comes with a heavy recoil and bullet spread that is not easily manageable. Thus, we recommend you crouch while using this gun for more accurate firing and better handling.
Furthermore, the Torrente requires medium ammo, and it burns through it rather quickly. So make sure that you have plenty of ammo types in your inventory whenever you go out on a raid with the weapon. Also, it has a significant reload time, which can make you vulnerable to enemy attacks. So, time it well or ask your friends to cover you.
Additionally, we recommend against using the gun in a stealth situation, even if you have a suppressor.
