The Residential Master Key allows you to gain access to various apartment doors in Buried City. You will want to explore these areas whenever possible for good loot if you want to stay ahead of other Arc Raiders on the map.
The Buried City map features the remnants of a once-thriving urban sprawl. Now lost in time, the city is buried beneath sand dunes, hence the name. That said, many of its buildings remain accessible, especially in the residential area. One of these doors requires a master key to check what’s inside.
However, finding keys to open various rooms can be a bit tricky. With that said, here is a guide on the location of the Buried City Residential Master Key in Arc Raiders.
Where To Find Buried City Residential Master Key in Arc Raiders?
The Residential Master Key randomly spawns in various lootable containers in the Buried City map. This means you’ll have to be thorough when searching drawers and cabinets while exploring different buildings. Sometimes, you can find them in Ruby Residence or the Research & Administration building. While you are at it, you may also find other keys and loot in the area. Keep your inventory in check so you don’t overencumber yourself.
Where To Use the Residential Master Key in Arc Raiders?
As the name of the item suggests, you can use the Residential Master Key to open various apartment doors in the Buried City map. For example, head to the Grandioso Apartments and walk around the building until you find a wide open wall facing the Santa Maria Houses. Just beside the broken wall, you will find a locked door that requires the Residential Master Key.
Inside, you will find many containers to check. You can even find the Tempest Epic-tier Assault Rifle in one of the drawers. It’s a fully automatic rifle with a decent magazine size and a good fire rate, though its damage output isn’t very high. It’s great for shooting enemies up close, allowing you to spray and pray bullets.
Keep in mind that you can only use the key once. This means you can no longer open the other doors after using it until you find another key.
