Arc Raiders is a competitive extraction shooter where you take a trip to the topside and take the fight to the Arcs while scavenging as many resources as you can and making a safe escape. Other raiders will also join you on this quest. What makes it more interesting is that you can choose to team up with or knock out other players. A ranking system has been introduced to showcase your individual progress and help you stand out from the rest in Speranza.

In this article, we will explore the Trials feature in Arc Raiders.

Considering the lore of Arc Raiders, all the raiders enter the topside from the same organization, Speranza. So you don’t technically kill anyone but knock them out and bring back more resources to prove your worth. This gives more purpose to the Trials system.

The ranking system not only boosts your rank based on XP but also takes several other factors into account. It highlights the individual achievements of each raider based on their performance on the topside.

Each week, the ranking criteria in Arc Raiders reset. The current week shows that your ranking depends on these five tasks:

  • Damage Hornets
  • Search First Wave Husks
  • Search Supply Drops
  • Destro Ticks, Fireballs, and pops
  • Damage ground-based ARC enemies

These tasks may differ from player to player. It is also important to note that even after completing the tasks within a round, they won’t count unless you make a safe extraction. If you get knocked out, your progress for any of these tasks will be neutralized, and your rank will remain unchanged.

As you increase your overall XP for each task, you will also unlock three different reward boxes. The content will differ and increase in value as you progress and collect rarer boxes.
