Once Human features a variety of currencies and resources. All of these serve different purposes in the game, allowing you to unlock items like Crates. Among these currencies, Energy Links is the most basic. To gain an advantage when it comes to gear, you’ll need to get your hands on some Energy Links.
We break down how you can get your hands on Energy Links in Once Human.
How to Farm Energy Links in Once Human
Given how Energy Links is a basic form of currency in the game, there are ways you can actually farm and collect a prominent amount of them. There are two primary ways to do this, and the first one revolves around Crafting and Trading equipment with merchants and other players.
If you can find a good spot to mine a good amount of Iron, farm the Iron and craft Iron-tier items. Then, trade these items to acquire a decent amount of Energy Links. However, you aren’t limited to Iron-tier items when it comes to the trade. You can also find Tin and Copper to craft items like Bronze Pickaxes and sell them to NPC vendors and merchants. This can enable you to get some Energy Links early in the game.
As you progress through the levels, you can also find Silver and Gold Ingot. These are some of the most valuable items in the game, which you can barter for a lot of Energy Links.
Apart from the trading, you can clear out Securement Silos to earn Energy Links. Securement Silos essentially serve as Once Human’s version of dungeons. While they can be quite challenging to get through, the rewards they give are worth it. Not only can you find items that you can trade for Energy Links but also earn a few thousand Energy Links at the end of each Silo. The number of rewards you earn will depend on the difficulty of the Silo.
