Stamina is a vital Attribute for your MyPLAYER builds in NBA 2K25, and this is where the Workout Warrior Badge comes in handy. It lets you max out your Stamina Attribute to 99, gives you a permanent Turbo Meter Boost, and unlocks all Body Types across every save. This Badge is useful because your MyPLAYER builds start with 85 Stamina, which isn’t enough for maximum fitness across all games.
It’s best to get the Workout Warrior Badge as soon as possible, and it’s quite easy to do so. Here’s how you should go about it.
Unlocking Workout Warrior Badge in NBA 2K25
You simply need to complete all 12 unique Gatorade Gym workouts to unlock the Workout Warrior Badge in NBA 2K25. These are all located in the Gatorade Training Facility, which can be found on the beach. The beach itself is in the southern part of The City.
Now, you can only do four workouts per week, and each workout gives you +2 Stamina, irrespective of the result. Once you reach 99 Stamina, it’s permanent. Meanwhile, if you get at least three stars on all four weekly workouts, you’ll get a temporary Turbo Meter boost and unlock a Body Type.
However, if you’re planning to get Workout Warrior, you don’t need to focus on the stars. You just need to finish the 12 different workouts. As such, there’s no point in trying to get four out of four stars on each workout.
As mentioned before, here’s what you get with the Workout Warrior Badge:

- Permanent Turbo Meter Boost
- Every Body Type for all new and existing saves
You should note that Body Types are purely cosmetic and don’t affect your MyPLAYER’s Attributes. Nevertheless, having access to all Body Types gives you more customizability, and that’s something most players would want to have.
