With the ongoing Marvel season, Epic Games has announced the release of the Fortnite Day of Doom LTM. Notably, LTMs have become quite rare in the game, so the release of the Day of Doom LTM has piqued everyone’s interest in Chapter 5 Season 4.
The Fortnite Day of Doom LTM will allow you to wield superpowers in a battle against Doctor Doom. This article will break down everything you need to know before jumping into the action.
How to Find and Play the Fortnite Day of Doom LTM
The Day of Doom LTM, being an official release from Epic Games, will be featured prominently in the Discover menu. To locate the game mode, navigate to the “By Epic” section of the Discover menu. Here, among game modes like Solo and Squads, you should be able to find the Day of Doom LTM.
You can select it and ready up to join a match. The game mode features two teams of 16 – Doom’s Henchmen and the Allies of the Avengers – who have different objectives.
If you join Doom’s Henchmen, you will have to aid your team in collecting six different Arcane Artifacts. Once you collect all the artifacts, the Avengers team will not be able to respawn anymore. As part of the Avengers team, you have to eliminate all the Doom’s Henchmen, who have a limited number of respawns much like the Chitauri from the Endgame LTM.
If the Avengers are able to eliminate Doom’s Henchmen and exhaust all their respawns before they collect all the artifacts, the Avengers will achieve the Victory Royale.
What Are the Weapons in the Fortnite Day of Doom LTM?
Both teams will be provided a unique range of weapons and items to use in the Day of Doom LTM. Given below is a full list of the equipment that Doom’s Henchmen can use in the Day of Doom LTM:
- Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets
- Combat Assault Rifle (Mythic-rarity)
- Monarch Pistol (only after the first artifact has been acquired; Mythic-rarity)
- Sovereign Shotgun (only after the second artifact has been acquired; Mythic-rarity)
- Shockwave Grenade (unlimited use, with a cooldown)
The Avengers, on the other hand, can have different loadouts based on the different heroes. Find an overview below:

Players on the Avengers team will be assigned a random hero loadout with each new respawn. This will allow everyone to experience all aspects of the mode.
