Big Ant Studios has developed the cricket simulation game, and Nacon published it. The game has over 200 real players with photogrammetry and has over 50 licensed stadiums. The title features tournaments like the Ashes, IPL, KFC BBL, Weber BBL, and The Hundred, among others. 

The gameplay resembles traditional cricket matches and is said to give “even more control to the players” by the developers and has next-gen graphics on the latest consoles. It also includes a career mode for players to start out as a club cricketer and eventually play at the international level by advancing up the ranks.

The game features cross-platform online play across PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo consoles, and PC. The game is available for 50 percent off at $22.49 or your regional pricing equivalent. 

3. WWE 2K24

WWE 2K24 is the 24th installment in the ongoing wrestling video game series. It’s the 10th installment under the WWE 2K banner. Visual Concepts has developed the popular officially licensed wrestling game, and 2K has published it. Gamers can play as fan-favorite wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, Corey Graves, and more in well-known arenas like WrestleMania, Raw, and Smackdown. 

The gameplay has an arcade-type spin to it with the return of fun game modes such as ambulance, casket, gauntlet, and special guest referee matches to maximize the pain factor. There’s also a Showcase Mode known as “Showcase… of the Immortals,” which adapts fan-favorite matches from the legacy of WrestleMania, like Ricky Steamboat vs Randy Savage and Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes among others.

4. Cursed to Golf

Cursed to Golf is an indie golf game with a rogue-like spin to it where players are tasked with making it out from the Golf Purgatory. Chuhai Labs has developed the indie rogue-like golf game, and Thunderful has published it. Play as a golf champion who ends up in the Golf Purgatory after getting hit by a lightning strike.

The protagonist has to conquer 18 dungeon-like holes to come back to life and become a golf legend. The game features a pixel art style with traditional golf gameplay in a 2D perspective. The title features surreal locations filled with power-ups and mysterious entities in the dimension of Golf Purgatory.

This indie sports game is one of the cheapest titles from the sale as it is only available for $2.99.

5. The Alto Collection

The Alto Collection is an indie snowboarding game collection of two cozy games: Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey. Both games in the collection are from developer Land and Sea and publisher Snowman. The gameplay involves 2D snowboarding/sandboarding in a side-scrolling manner through alpine slopes and sandswept dunes. Players have to discover the mystery behind the beautiful regions.

The game involves an easy but steep learning curve. It is a cozy game with intuitive controls. The game also includes an endless Zen mode, which lets the player skate across the landscapes at their pace for maximum relaxation.
