The launch of Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 is right around the corner. To get players even more excited, Saber Interactive has revealed a full-fledged roadmap for the future of the game. The roadmap hints at new and exciting content being added to the game in the next few months and beyond.

Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 Roadmap Promises New Modes and Missions
Season 1
The very first free Season 1 update for Space Marine 2 is set to launch sometime in September. The update will introduce ultrawide support for the game, giving players a whole new way to experience the war against Xenos. Additionally, Season 1 will also introduce Private PvE lobbies as well as the Battle Barge Sparring Arena.
For Season Pass owners, Season 1 will introduce the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack. This will allow players to customize their Ultramarines as they stomp out waves of Tyranids.
Season 2
Season 2, despite not having a concrete release date at the time of writing, will launch sometime in 2024. The update will bring new PvE missions, the Lethal Difficulty, and the Neo-Volkite Pistol, a brand-new weapon for players to wield. The update will also bring a new enemy for players to overcome.
Season Pass owners will receive the Dark Angels Pack. This will feature a new Champion Pack, Cosmetic Pack, and Weapon Skin Pack.
Season 3
Season 3 is not set to release until 2025. The update is absolutely massive, featuring a vast array of content:
- New PvE mission
- New PvP game mode
- New PvP Arenas
- New Enemy
- PvE Prestige Ranks
- Battle Barge Expansion
Season Pass owners will receive a lot of new cosmetics in Season 3. This includes two Champion Packs, one for each Chapter.
Season 4
The last update featured in the Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 roadmap is Season 4, also set to launch in 2025. The update will bring the highly anticipated Horde Mode, a new enemy, and a new weapon. Much like Season 3, Season Pass owners will receive a ton of new cosmetics, including two Champion Packs.
