The Fortnite x Godzilla Titan Takedown event starts today. Let’s take a look at all the information around it.
As Chapter 6 Season 1 of Fortnite progresses, players will see Godzilla featured in the game. Epic Games will add the King of Monsters as a boss to the Battle Royale Multiplayer title. Subsequently, the event will be made available as a community-based activity where you team up with other players to take down Godzilla.

Fortnite x Godzilla Event Details, Rewards, and More
As per reports, the Fortnite event featuring Godzilla will start on January 17, 2025. Fortnite has teased the appearance of Kong as well, which hints at the possibility of other monsters being available in the game as well.
To participate in the event, players must use the special portal, which would not appear in all matches. When you spot a portal, enter one to kickstart the event for yourself. Additionally, entering the special portal first will turn you into Godzilla.
However, players must remember that the event focuses on community collaboration, which would require them to work with other players if they don’t get a chance to become Godzilla. Finally, the player who deals the most damage to Godzilla will earn the following:
- A Godzilla Medallion, which would unlock an ability for them. This special dash ability comes with three charges in one use.
- A Burst Quad Launcher weapon
Both the rewards would be available for the rest of the match to aid players in battle.
