If the premise and gameplay trailers piqued your interest, you might want to know the system requirements for Battlefield 6 on PC.

The minimum system requirements for Battlefield 6 are lenient, and older-generation or mid-tier setups should be able to run it smoothly. That said, the game does require a moderate amount of memory (RAM), even at the lowest settings. In this article, we will explore the PC system requirements for Battlefield 6 in detail so that you can determine whether your setup will be able to run it smoothly.

Note: Battlefield 6 is currently in its open beta phase, and the system requirements might change before the final release. We will update this article with relevant information if and when they are available.

If you have a decent setup, here are the recommended system requirements to play Battlefield 6 on PC:

  • OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-10700 / AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia RTX 3060Ti 8GB / AMD Radeon RX 6700-XT 8GB
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 80 GB available space
  • Sound Card: No Recommendation
  • VR Support: Not Supported
  • Additional Notes: TPM 2.0 Enabled UEFI SECURE BOOT Enabled HVCI Capable VBS Capable.

Since Battlefield 6 is a multiplayer game, you will also need an active internet connection to play it. From the system requirements mentioned above, the game seems to be somewhat dependent on your system memory (RAM.) However, this is not surprising or alarming since most modern-day games require at least 16GB RAM.

Surprisingly, you will have to enable your TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot to play Battlefield 6. This is an unusual scenario since the only other game that has this prerequisite is Valorant. This might potentially hint at a strict anti-cheat tool, since Battlefield games are often playgrounds for hackers and cheaters.

On the graphics aspect, BF6 does not have very extravagant demands, and any low-tier or even older-generation setups should have no problem running it. Battlefield 6 uses the Godot Engine, which has native support for the GDScript and C# languages, which might play some part towards better optimization and moderate system requirements.
