Unlike other regular vehicles in Battlefield RedSec, that is available without much hassle, Tanks are locked behind completing some objectives. The first step in the process of obtaining a tank is to acquire a Vehicle Keycard. You can get these items by completing specific missions. Upon completion, you can insert the keycard into a Vehicle Trailer to acquire a Tank.

Attaining a Vehicle Keycard

There are three primary means to get your hands on Vehicle Keycards in Battlefield RedSec.

Sporadically found in Loot chests across the map.
Looting it from enemy corpses.

Interact with Vehicle Trailer

The final step of getting a hold of a tank is to interact with a Vehicle Trailer and access your Tank. You can find Vehicle trailers across Fort Lydon, especially near its main POIs.
