Combined with his great synergy with various Pokemon, he can become a key focus in many decks. One of these decks involves using Arceus alongside the Dialga. Here is a complete guide on how to build a deck featuring Arceus Ex in Pokemon TCG Pocket.

Alternatively, you can also slot in X Speed, Leaf, or Mew Ex instead of these cards at your own discretion.
Key Cards
This deck, of course, relies upon Arceus Ex and Dialga Ex to funnel energy into Arceus. However, apart from these two, there are other staple cards. One of these is Shaymin. Shaymin can stay in the back row and help set up the board with your Arceus and Dialga.
Meanwhile, the rest of the deck is filled with support cards and Pokemon Tools to help your main 2 Pokemon deal damage and stay alive.
How To Use and Basic Combos
This deck is fairly straightforward to use. You will use Dialga to stack energy on Arceus and then bring out Arceus to deal 130 damage consistently. Shaymin will help in the retreat or keeping your active Pokemon alive.
You will use your Pokemon Tool cards on your active Pokemon to let them stay alive longer or deal more damage. Lastly, support cards like Giovanni are good in most decks due to their utility.
Counters
This deck is energy-reliant and takes some turns to get going. Therefore, it becomes weak to the Rampardos deck, which can dish out heavy damage with very little setup. Not to mention Arceus being weak to Fighting types as well.
