1) Namor
Namor is one of the most reliable counters against characters with high mobility, such as Spider-Man. His Aquatic Dominion ability will be a perfect counter against them.
By activating the ability, he summons a Monstro Spawn. It attacks nearby enemies automatically like a turret, which will become a huge downfall for Spider-Man, as he relies heavily on his mobility to evade attacks.
2) Black Widow
Black Widow, one of the world’s most elite spies, can become a deadly counter to Spider-Man. The trained spy is effective in neutralizing most of the duelists and strategists. As a sniper expert, she can potentially one-shot characters with minimal base health using her Straight Shooter ability.
However, tracking a high-mobility character like Spider-Man is quite challenging for her. So, you need to master Black Widow to execute this plan. Additionally, Spider-Man’s close-range attacks can be countered by Black Widow’s Edge Dancer ability.

She can also nullify Spider-Man’s melee attacks by healing instantly using Life Orb.
4) Doctor Strange
We saw Spider-Man locking up Doctor Strange in another dimension in the No Way Home movie, but that is not the case here in Marvel Rivals. Doctor Strange’s powerful dark magic and spells effectively counter Spider-Man’s webs.
His Pentagram of Farallah can confuse Spider-Man and offer a way to ambush and attack him. Additionally, Doctor Strange can easily block and counter most of Spider-Man’s attacks with his OP ability, Shield of the Seraphim.
5) Venom
As the arch-enemy of Spider-Man, Venom is perfectly designed for countering the hero. Defeating Venom single-handedly would be difficult for Spider-Man, as he has a health bar of 650, which is almost three times greater than Spider-Man’s.
