Use these settings with your RX 7600 XT while playing Cyberpunk: 2077 and the Phantom Liberty DLC, at 1080p.

The RX 7600 XT is currently the most affordable 16GB GPU available for your system. But going by its VRAM won’t do justice. The performance it offers is closely matched to the RTX 4060, in pure raster, ie. But when RT is considered, the 4060 pulls significantly ahead. With these settings and a few texture mods from Nexus Mods, you can easily enjoy Cyberpunk, both the base game and the Phantom Liberty DLC.
Note: The RX 7700 XT requires a CPU within the Core i5 12400F or Ryzen 5 5600X performance territory to run without CPU bottlenecks.
RX 7600 XT – Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty DLC (1080p Optimized)

A few keynotes to consider:
- It’s best to stick to native 1080p, as enabling FSR at this resolution hurts image quality significantly. The 7600 XT is highly capable of hitting high framerates at 1080p with both the base game and the Phantom Liberty DLC
- FSR Frame Generation, Optiscaler mod, and Lossless Scaling are all available options. If required, you can use either.
- You can enable RT with this GPU, but you will need to use upscaling, and particularly FSR 2.1 or Optical Mod. The image quality will deteriorate.
- Although some settings may feel underwhelming, the Phantom Liberty DLC is more intensive than the base game. You will get more FPS in the desert, but in the city, this changes quite drastically.

Verdict
That concludes the recommendation for Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty DLC with the RTX RX 7600 XT. The 7600 XT offers identical raster performance to the likes of the RTX 4060, but consumes way more power to do it. It does have 16GB VRAM, meaning you can even enjoy 1440p at FSR 2.1 quality with these settings.
That said, if you find a 7600 XT brand new and cheaper than a b580, it’s a good buy, but remember, RT isnt the playing field for this GPU. Looking forward to the 9060 XT if you need RT, and that too on AMD.
