The RTX 4070 Ti is a 12GB VRAM GPU that can easily play Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty at high settings at native 1440p. When you factor in Ray Tracing requirements, upscaling is necessary to achieve a playable framerate. That said, here are the settings that are best tuned for both the base game and the Phantom Liberty DLC.

Note: The RTX 4070 Ti requires a CPU that is at least within the performance tier, such as the Core i5 13600K or Ryzen 5 7600X, to perform at its best. Anything lower than this may encounter CPU bottlenecks, especially with RT workload, and particularly with the Phantom Liberty DLC.
