Best Settings for Cyberpunk: 2077 – RTX 5070 Ti

Here are the optimal settings for playing Cyberpunk and the Phantom Liberty DLC, with RTX 5070 Ti at 1440p.

The RTX 5070 Ti is a premium mid-high-end graphics card released in 2025. It features 16GB of VRAM and can easily play the game at native 4K with raster settings, as well as with light ray tracing. However, this article also covers the Phantom Liberty DLC, which is significantly heavier than the base game, and that is why these settings are intended for 1440p, where the 5070 Ti excels.

Note: The RTX 5070 Ti requires a CPU that is well within the performance tier of a Core i5 13600K or Ryzen 5 7600X to perform at its best. Pairing a CPU lower than this tier will result in you being CPU-bound in the Phantom Liberty DLC.

A few keynotes to consider:

  • RT can be easily used with high settings, and ultra can also be dialed in; however, you will need to use DLSS and even FG to compensate for the performance penalty.
  • Blackwell Architecture performs best with the Transformer model and has the minimal performance penalty. That said, the CNN model is still the fastest, but with a lot worse image quality than the transformer one.

Verdict

That concludes the recommendation for Cyberpunk and Phantom Liberty DLC. If you want to do path tracing, then you need to drop down to 1080p, use the transformer model at balanced profile, and then enjoy path tracing. However, the Phantom Liberty DLC will experience performance drops.
