Enshrouded early access is upon us, and we are here with the best settings for your RTX 4060 and RTX 4060 Ti.
Ada Lovelace’s mid-range RTX 4060 Ti features 32MB of L2 cache, which Nvidia advertises as significantly increasing memory throughput; technically, a faster memory architecture within the GPU should theoretically perform better in this voxel-heavy survival game. However, the 4060 and 4060 Ti’s cut-down PCIe 4.0 x8 interface is a big problem for gamers who play this kind of title.
Not everyone is equipped with the latest tech; gamers with PCIe Gen 3 interface will likely be severely bottlenecked, resulting in occasional stutters approaching bigger dungeons, large bases, etc. Interestingly, the 16GB variant of the 4060 Ti isn’t a lifesaver either. It’s still a slower core, on a limited bus, just with more capacity. Below are the settings to ensure a smooth gaming experience with your RTX 4060 and RTX 4060 Ti.

Best Settings for RTX 4060 and 4060 Ti in Enshrouded (1080p / 1440p Optimized)
We recommend aggressive DLSS settings because we are using the transformer model here. The transformer model does a better job of cleaning up the image, producing a sharper image, and reducing temporal issues, artifacts, shimmering, and jagged edges, among other effects.
