Key Cards in Wugtrio Ex Deck in Pokemon TCG Pocket
This deck revolves around Manaphy generating energy for your dual attackers, Wugtrio and Palkia. Palkia can deal a big chunk of damage to one singular Pokemon, whereas Wugtrio will mostly be attacking the whole team at once.
Pokemon Communication will help you switch out the Pokemon in your hand so that you can continue the duel without worrying about the next Pokemon to put down. Misty is also another great card in general for Water decks due to her energy generation.
How To Use and Basic Combos
Manaphy will be your opening card, with Wiglett and Palkia ideally in the back line until they gain enough energy to start attacking. Misty will help in this regard by speeding up your energy gain.
Save Leaf for when you need to retreat your Active Zone Pokemon without paying any energy. Wugtrio will be able to jump into the match before Palkia does and start dishing out damage to the entire team. Use Irida to heal your Pokemon back up and stay in the fight longer. Eventually, Palkia should have enough energy to land a decisive blow and win the duel.

All the Pokemon in this deck are Water type. Naturally, Electric-type decks like Pikachu Ex can be lethal against them. Additionally, luck is also a major factor when using a card like Wugtrio. You could land all 150 damage on a single Pokemon or deal 50 damage to three different Pokemon.
This luck will determine the outcome in most matches. Moreover, Wiglett is quite a frail Pokemon, so if it gets sniped by the opponent before evolving into Wugtrio, you’ll have one less attacker on the team.
