What are the Longest and the Shortest Black Clover Arcs?
As seen in the table above, there are 11 story arcs, with the manga still ongoing. That said, fans have reason to believe the story has reached its concluding stages and could complete its run in the coming months based on how things are proceeding. This has led to fans asking one question: what are the longest and the shortest Black Clover arcs?
The longest arc in the series is Elf Reincarnation. While the manga dedicated 79 chapters to this section, Studio Pierrot set aside 62 episodes for this arc. The Spade Kingdom Raid arc is a close second with 70 chapters in the manga. However, it only aired three episodes. In the manga, Magic Knights Entrance is the shortest story arc, with just 10 chapters, followed by the Dungeon Exploration arc with 11 chapters. However, Magic Knights Entrance had 13 episodes in the anime, while the Dungeon Exploration arc only had six.
Should You Skip Any of the Black Clover Arcs?
All the story arcs mentioned in the list above are important in Black Clover. Missing any of the story arcs could impair the audience’s ability to grasp the story. Furthermore, it is always advisable to consume content as it is. This is because the artist/writer has presented their view in a specific manner. The Most and the Least Loved Black Clover Arcs
The Dungeon Exploration arc is one of the least popular arcs among fans. The exploration aspect was rather slow-paced, and there wasn’t much that excited fans. Pacing issues, lack of good-quality fight sequences, and other glaring issues made this story arc hard to watch. Additionally, the short duration of the story arc had a negative impact on the exploration element.
The Elf Reincarnation arc is one of the best sections of the story. It has top-tier fight sequences, incredible character writing, and lore that goes back centuries. It has everything that a good story arc needs and is, therefore, one of the most beloved sections of the story.
