The Quarantine Mission in Black Ops 7 takes the Specters to a last hope of intel about the Guild. Here’s a playthrough guide.
After being infected by the Cradle and betrayed by Razor, the Quarantine mission in Black Ops 7 takes us to a penthouse location beside the beaches to find a cure. The mission takes place in two separate buildings just a few meters apart from each other and features a boss fight as well. Here is a full mission walkthrough for the mission.
Black Ops 7 Quarantine Mission Walkthrough
1. Get Inside the Resort and Find Faulkner
After starting at the beach, head directly to the objective. You can head to the entrance and fight against the enemy soldiers, or flank them by taking the left balcony and hitting the enemies from the back. After clearing the enemies, the resort is found to be empty inside. Karma instructs you to head up to the penthouse through the elevator. Instead of the elevator, you need to grapple up to get access to the penthouse.
2. Search for Faulkner in the Penthouse
After you reach the penthouse, head to the room at the end of the pool outside. Take two doors at the end of the bedroom to find a shelf that has a puzzle. Complete the puzzle to unlock a hidden room in the penthouse. Go inside and interact with the computers to find a message left by Dr. Faulkner, the boss in this mission. After the cutscene, your team has to head to the terrace to find the signal source hacking your devices. Cradles will soon drop from the sky to stop you.
3. Hack the Signal Source
After finding the antenna, upload Karma to the network to let her hack into it. You have to stay inside the objective area while dealing with the Cradles. At certain intervals, an illusion of Dr. Faulkner also spawns in to shoot you. However, that is not the true boss. After Karma hacks the signal source, Dr. Faulkner and his bodyguards will spawn in.
4. Defeat Faulkner
The Dr. Faulkner boss is an easy boss fight, as he has very low HP for a boss. However, he will also spawn with four to five guards that you also need to kill before progressing the questline. Dr. Faulkner uses the same weapons you are equipped with during the boss fight. After taking him and his guards down, a cutscene will follow where he gives you some information about the Sanctum location. This is where the final objective of the quest will take place.
5. Go to the Guild Building
After the cutscene, you will automatically be guided toward the next objective by the game. Once you land at the entrance, there will be a small army of soldiers consisting of normal infantry and a Titan. The Titan is a special enemy that has an LMG equipped with a lot of HP. Make sure that you have enough cover to avoid taking too much damage, and shoot him in the head for maximum damage. There are various ammo supply boxes that also help during the gunfight.
While the fight takes place, Karma will open access to the top floor of the building, where the final objective for the Quarantine mission in Black Ops 7 lies.
6. Ascend to the Top Floor
Use the elevator shaft to navigate to the top floor, and fight your way through the enemy soldiers to reach the room just to the right of the top floor. The black door with multiple nails is the one you are looking for. A voice line from your teammate also follows once you reach it. After you interact with the door, a cutscene will follow that will take you to the next mission.

Once the mission is over, you are rewarded with a Guilded Tower loading screen and 5,000 XP.
