The Bane Lord is a rare surprise boss in Blue Protocol Star Resonance. Spawning randomly during dungeon runs, the boss isn’t particularly difficult to beat, but rewards players handsomely for defeating him. However, encountering Bane Lord is a matter of luck, making each appearance a thrilling and rewarding challenge.
Blue Protocol Star Resonance: Bane Lord Rewards
After you defeat the Bane Lord and claim his scythe, you will find a Legendary Gear Selector chest waiting for you upon completing the dungeon. Therefore, defeating a Bane Lord during a dungeon run guarantees Legendary loot, making the boss a prime target.
The Legendary reward for defeating the Bane Lord is part of a Blue Protocol Star Resonance Season 1 mechanic known as Void Spawn Boxes. However, the reward for beating the Bane Lord can only be claimed 5 times per week.

The Bane Lord appears randomly during dungeon stages in Blue Protocol Star Resonance. To increase the chances of encountering a Bane Lord, you can increase the dungeon difficulty to hard mode and clear more dungeons. To achieve the latter, target dungeons you can complete quickly with teammates, such as the Unstable Dungeon.
How To Beat the Bane Lord Boss in Blue Protocol Star Resonance
The arrival of the Bane Lord during a dungeon run is marked with an “Event Starts” banner followed by a warning: “Danger! The Bane Lord has breached the Barrier!” The Bane Lord materializes in the same room as the players, towering over them. The boss’ form is an ethereal shade of purple. He wears scaly armor and wields a giant scythe, which launches devastating attacks against the entire party.
