Discover all the types of Lumber in Blue Protocol Star Resonance and how you can collect, craft, and use them.
Lumber is a crafting resource in Blue Protocol Star Resonance (BPSR), most commonly used to construct and enhance a homestead. However, obtaining it isn’t as simple as hitting a few trees and calling it a day.
Lumber is a protected material in Asteria Plains, and all its varieties are available exclusively through merchants. The only source for acquiring Lumber in BPSR at launch is the Craftwork Exchange. To access the Craftwork Exchange, you can speak with Cicero (Craftwork Mentor) at the Artisan’s Guild. The guild is located in Asterleeds, to the southwest of the Central District.

There are a variety of Lumber types in BPSR with rarities ranging from Uncommon to Epic.

How To Craft Lumber in Blue Protocol Star Resonance
Instead of purchasing Lumber directly, you can buy Timber of the same variety and craft it into its Lumber counterpart. All Lumber types have their Timber variants that are cheaper to purchase.
To craft Lumber in BPSR, use the Artisanry Bench located behind Cicero (Artisanry NPC) at the Artisan’s Guild. If you can’t use the bench, speak with Cicero first and try again. Then, convert the Timber you bought from the Craftwork Exchange into Lumber.
The process will take some time depending on the rarity, especially when converting large quantities. Crafting Lumber does not consume Focus. Pine Timber can be crafted into Pine Lumber, Beech Timber into Beech Lumber, and so on.

How To Use Lumber in Blue Protocol Star Resonance
The primary purpose of Lumber is to construct your homestead, its facilities, and decor. To use Lumber, you must first complete the Learn About Artisanry mission by speaking with Cicero, the Craftwork Mentor.
Then, you can take on the Ocean Platinum Card quest upon reaching Adventurer Level 40 to construct a homestead. The quest requires you to obtain 10 Pine Lumber and 10 Cut Stone to construct the homestead on an island. After registering the property, you will be able to access its various facilities, including fields, flower gardens, and servants for maintenance.
