My Touch is Death has a 24% chance to activate Kill Skills every time you deal melee damage. This reliably activates There is Only Red, which increases Berserk Duration, deals 60% bonus Cryo Damage with every activation. When you combine this synergy with the Groundbreaker specialization, the damage continues to scale with every melee hit, eventually scaling into the billions of damage.
Augment
- Cryonic Thrum
When Scourge is active, Amon deals Cryo Damage to nearby enemies and regenerates allies’ health as well as his own.
Capstone
You do not need to equip a Capstone for this build as it relies on the Firewall’s defense for survivability and its melee attack to stack damage.

Weapons
As a melee-focused build, you can equip any type of weapon you like without altering its effectiveness. However, if a gun stacks damage on kill or has a Gun Damage buff, it will synergize well with the build.
Class Mod
Equip a Class Mod that provides skill points in Berserk, as it increases the base Cryo damage dealt as a bonus with melee attacks. All other bonuses are secondary.
Ordnance
Equip a Throwing Knife with the Penetrator Augment, which turns all hits on a target into critical hits for 5 seconds. This is an effective ordnance for dealing with a boss.

Groundbreaker is the most important Specialization and a must-have for this build. It stores 20% of non-melee attack damage and dishes it out as bonus Kinetic Melee Damage. The non-melee attack damage stored up during melee attacks comes from the elemental damage effects granted by Berserk and There is Only Red, which increases to a maximum of 600%. This damage then increases by 20% because of Groundbreaker. The non-melee damage component of the final attack then feeds back into Groundbreaker and is increased by 20% more, creating a cycle of ever-increasing damage.
