If you pre-ordered Borderlands 4 before it was released on September 12, then you will have received the Gilded Glory Pack, an additional reward containing some excellent items. These items will be great for both beginners and veterans of the game. If you did not pre-order Borderlands 4, then there is no need to worry. There is still a way for you to obtain the Gilded Glory Pack. Here is everything you need to know about the Gilded Glory Pack, including its contents and how to get it.

The Gilded Glory Pack was an additional set of loot that was given for free to players who pre-ordered the game. The pack included multiple legendary weapons and some new cosmetics as well. The full set of everything the Gilded Glory Pack includes is as follows:
- 1 Vault Hunter Head (usable by all Vault Hunters)
- 1 Vault Hunter Skin (usable by all Vault Hunters)
- 1 Weapon Skin
- 1 ECHO-4 Drone Skin
Additionally, the pack will include the following four pieces of Legendary Gear:
- 1 Level 1 Legendary Maliwan SMG
- 1 Level 30 Legendary Ripper Grenade
- 1 Level 30 Legendary Torgue Ordnance
- 1 Max Level Legendary Daedalus Assault Rifle
As you can tell, the Gilded Glory Pack contains some powerful tools that will be a big help in the game, along with the cosmetics that you can use as you wish.

As stated above, if you pre-ordered/pre-purchased Borderlands 4, then you will have obtained this pack for free. But, even if you didn’t pre-order, the Gilded Glory Pack can still be obtained as a separate purchase.
Although the pack has not yet been made available for purchase separately, it is slated to release some time in October, 2025. So, if you really want what this pack has to offer, then you won’t have to wait long.
When Should You Open the Gilded Glory Pack in Borderlands 4?
The pack contains multiple weapons of high levels, which you will be unable to use near the beginning of the game. However, if you wait to open the pack until you are a high enough level, then you will lose out on the benefit of the level 1 weapon. Fortunately, there is an easy solution to this conundrum in the form of the bank, which you can access from your inventory. So, feel free to open the pack whenever you want and store the weapons you can’t use in the bank for later.
