Complete The Falling Wall mission in Borderlands 4 with step-by-step guidance on the route to Dominion City and its safehouse.
The 17th main mission in Borderlands 4, ‘The Falling Wall,’ begins after the Vault Hunters’ exospheric escapade in ‘Another Day, Another Universe.’ With Callis finally defeated, you can take the fight to the Timekeeper’s doorstep through a giant hole the Ripper Queen left behind in the wall of Dominion City. Speak with Lilith in the Ruined Sumplands to begin the main mission.

Investigate City Wall
Your first objective is to investigate the breach in the Dominion City wall. Follow the quest marker until you reach the Slitgrasp Canyon and take the rightmost path until you reach a cliff with a grapple point on top. Employ your grappling hook to climb up and enter the dilapidated building ahead through the front entrance.
Interact with the console at the center of the room to proceed into the canyon ahead. Seeker Witnesses patrol the area, but killing them isn’t required to progress the mission. Use the jump pad to cross the destroyed bridge and grapple up the ledge on the left. Follow the path until you jump down a cave with purple crystals inside. You can find an Arjay ECHO log within the container in front of the stairs.
Go to Safehouse
The area up ahead is filled with enemies, but you can head left through the massive hole in the wall to collect loot and activate a checkpoint. Head straight on the main path, up the road into the “Craw Daddies” location. Run through the corridor with the open shipping container at the end and turn left into the next arena. Use the grappling hook on the high platforms in the arena’s western corner to reach the Safehouse, called The Lockaway.

Capture The Lockaway Safehouse
From the entrance, grapple through the window on the opposite wall with the Timekeeper’s image on it. Climb up the stairs and grapple to the top floor. To capture the safehouse, pick up the data slate lying on the candlelit table and interact with the command console on the opposite (southwest) end of the room. With your foothold in Dominion City established, speak with Zadra to complete the mission and begin ‘Means of Ascent.’
