Confront the Ripper Queen’s forces in Borderlands 4 Wrath of the Ripper Queen main mission with this step-by-step guide.
The Wrath of the Ripper Queen is the seventh main mission in Borderlands 4, which follows the Vault Hunters’ search for the Command Bolt. A relatively short quest, Wrath of the Ripper Queen begins with a distress call drawing the Vault Hunters to Carcadia Burn.
The resistance pleads for aid against the forces of Callis, the Ripper Queen, a former Order Commander. The Timekeeper refers to her as a “Vengeful Lunatic,” alluding to a history of unsettled scores between the two. Fight through the Ripper Queen’s bandit forces and complete the quest to receive a Rare Pistol and the Gnarly Gnashing Gear Vault Hunter Style in addition to XP, Cash, and Eridium.
Part 1: Rescue Quent and Eliminate the Rippers
Begin the mission by reaching the distress call’s location to rescue Quent. Fight your way through the Rippers, using the cover scattered around the periphery of the battlefield. Once all the Rippers are dead, speak with Quent to learn about his faction’s predicament.
Before Quent can introduce you to his leader, Ripper reinforcements arrive, with heavier units like Meatheads. Kill the reinforcements and follow Quent into his hideout. Here, you have the optional objective to speak with the survivors around the hideout. Once you talk to Quent, he opens a channel of communication with his leader, Levain, who tasks you with re-establishing their supply lines by extending the bridge.

Extend the Bridge
Head outside, turn north toward the partially completed building, and climb its ladder. Reach the top of the building by using the grapple point above and activate the control panel to extend the bridge.
Part 2: Break the Siege of Carcadia
Travel west to reach the Outskirts of Carcadia. Meet Quent at the top of the dilapidated building marked by the Vault mission icon. Take the explosives he offers you and head straight ahead to rig them to the catapult. After you’ve placed all three on the siege engine, run back toward Quent and take cover.
Unfortunately, the explosives turn out to be duds, and you have to follow Quent to the bar and enlist the help of Levain’s ex, Zane. Kill all the Rippers outside the bar before heading in to meet him. As Quent and Zane meet, the Wrath of the Ripper Queen mission is completed.
