EA has just revealed that F1 25 will continue the Braking Point storyline that started in F1 2021. Here is everything you need to know about the Braking Point 3 story mode in F1 25.

What Is the Story of Braking Point in F1 25
Braking Point was a story mode feature first introduced in F1 2021, and was set across three years (the 2019 Formula 2 season, and the 2020 and 2021 Formula 1 seasons). Although introduced in 2021, it featured some characters from the 2019 game. F1 2021 puts you in the shoes of Aiden Jackson, an F1 rookie looking to make a name for himself. It also featured his ruthless rival, Devon Butler, who was introduced in the previous game.
F1 23 continued the story of Aiden Jackson in Braking Point 2, which focused on the 2022 and 2023 seasons. It introduces the Konnersport team, funded by Butler Global, a company owned by Devon’s father, Davidoff Butler. It is also the team Aiden signs with.
Alongside this, F1 23 also introduced Callie Meyer, Devon’s sister, and the first woman to win the F2 Championship. Following an accident, Callie takes Devon’s spot on Konnersport, while Devon takes a new perspective on the sport.
What is New in Braking Point 3
In F1 25’s Braking Point 3, you can play out multiple perspectives in the story. Konnersport will be making a return, under the new ownership of Davidoff Butler, and will compete against the best players during the 2024 season. Developers have also revealed that a huge event will impact Konnersport early in the story, and you will have to deal with the outcome and steer the team to glory.
Braking Point 3 will also give the players more agency. As compared to the previous games, where the story was a linear narrative, you will be able to make decisions throughout the story. For example, which driver to play as during pivotal moments. Such choices will affect many things throughout the story.
Finally, Braking Point 3 will transition into Career Mode, where Konnersport will be available as a team for the first time. This will allow you to develop Konnersport’s story beyond Braking Point 3 yourself.
