Royal Chests in Bubblegum Simulator Infinity are the crown jewels of the rift — rare, shimmering, and packed with rewards like potent potions or the coveted Hacker Prism Pet. But with a daunting 1 in 200 spawn rate on scattered Rift Islands, tracking one down feels like hunting a needle in a cosmic haystack.
These chests don’t hide forever, though. Whether you’re racing to Level 17 to unlock spawn alerts or optimizing your search with tactical server jumps, this guide strips away the mystery.
Royal Chests in Bubblegum Simulator Infinity
Royal Chests only spawn on Rift Islands, just like Rift Chests, but they’re significantly rarer. The spawn chance is roughly 1 in 200, which means relying on luck alone isn’t going to cut it. These chests appear on small white floating islands covered in purple crystals, so they’re easy to identify once spotted.
If you’ve reached Level 17, the game helps you out by sending a notification when a Royal Chest spawns. This is useful, but not always fast enough if you’re trying to farm multiple chests. That’s where a more active strategy comes in.
The most effective method right now is called the Zen Drop Method. Head to the top island, Zen, and jump straight down. As you fall, scan the islands below for a Rift Island that has the telltale purple crystals. If you don’t see one, leave the server. Join a different one and repeat the process. Server-hopping this way lets you check fresh maps without waiting around for random spawns.
When you finally find a Royal Chest, make sure you’ve got a Royal Key. You’ll need it to open the chest, and you can buy one from the Alien Merchant on Zen for 3,000 Gems. Without it, you’ll have to walk away empty-handed.
Opening a Royal Chest gives you random potions and a shot at the Hacker Prism Pet. There’s no guaranteed outcome, but the rewards are worth the grind and especially if you’re trying to power up your inventory.
