The Echoes of the Dead event in Black Ops 6 and Warzone is finally underway. This event features eight rewards, awarded for completing certain in-game challenges. For each reward, there are three challenges associated with it, one for each game mode (Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone). To unlock any reward, players must complete any one of the three challenges. Needless to say, players can attempt these challenges in any mode.

How Do Challenges in the Echoes of the Dead Event in Black Ops 6 and Warzone Work
As mentioned earlier, you can unlock any reward by completing one of the three challenges associated with it. Let us take an example to understand this better. Let’s assume you want to unlock the X52 Resonator Special Weapon. It brings three challenges, one for each game mode. Now, to unlock it, you must complete any one of these three challenges:
- Multiplayer: Get 150 Eliminations
- Zombies: Eliminate 500 Zombies in the Haunted Havoc LTM
- Warzone: 25 Eliminations in Zombie Royale
Let’s assume for a moment that you don’t enjoy Warzone or Zombies. Then, you can get 150 Eliminations in the Black Ops 6 Multiplayer to unlock the reward.
But that doesn’t mean you’ll have to complete all challenges in Multiplayer to unlock the other rewards. You have the freedom to complete any challenge for any reward. For instance, if you unlocked the X52 Resonator by completing the Multiplayer challenge, you can then unlock the GPMG-7 Muzzle Booster Attachment by completing the Zombies or the Warzone challenge associated with it.
