Discover how to play Dead Ops Arcade 4 in Black Ops 7 Zombies, featuring 80 levels, new bosses, and chaotic challenges.

Dead Ops Arcade 4: Papaback in Black! is a Black Ops 7 Zombies game mode with a top-down view, twin-stick shooter gameplay, and a goofy self-aware story to boot. Returning for the first time in 5 years, Dead Ops Arcade 4 is more polished and pumped full of features than ever.
Starting off as an Easter Egg in Call of Duty: Black Ops, the arcade game mode continues the story of battling the Cosmic Silverback and his kin with the Papaback as the final boss waiting at the end of more than 80 levels.
Unlike its original installment, Dead Ops Arcade 4 is not unlocked as an Easter Egg and is available to play from the start. Play the game mode from the main menu by heading to Black Ops 7 Zombies and selecting Dead Ops Arcade 4. From here, you can start or join a game with up to 4 players or play solo.
Black Ops 7 Zombies: Getting Started With Dead Ops Arcade 4

There are four difficulty levels to choose from when beginning Dead Ops Arcade 4:
- Casual: Features forgiving, round-based Zombies elements ideal for those who are unfamiliar with twin-stick shooter gameplay.
- Standard: Round-based Zombies gameplay with regular difficulty, posing a challenge that ramps up across the levels. Includes Zombies elements like GobbleGums and SlayerMart to provide bonuses.
- Hardcore: No Zombies elements like GobbleGums to create a classic Dead Ops Arcade experience that is rewarding and punishing in equal measure.
- Standard Advanced Start: Begin a Standard Solo game from the highest level reached previously. No stats, leaderboards, or challenges are available.
