RV There Yet runs well on the Steam Deck, learn about its performance, best settings, and potential launch fixes.

RV There Yet is a delightful cooperative game that supports up to four players adventuring together. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, RV There Yet features minimalistic yet refreshingly vivid graphics reminiscent of PEAK, another co-op sensation released in 2025. Having simple graphics grants the perks of low minimum system requirements, allowing devices with an Nvidia GTX 970 or better to run the game.
As such, you can run RV There Yet on the Steam Deck. However, to get a smooth experience with stable frame rates, you must tweak the graphics settings to suit your priorities. Furthermore, while the game has good controller support, the Steam Deck isn’t fully supported at launch.
RV There Yet: Best Steam Deck Settings

RV There Yet is well-suited for the Steam Deck. However, the game is not Steam Deck verified. In an FAQ posted on Steam General Discussions by RV There Yet developers, they wrote:
“Controller support on launch will be pretty good, but not 100% supported. The goal is to have full controller support and Steam Deck verified in the coming weeks (unless we run into any unforeseen issues).”

RV There Yet: Not Starting on the Steam Deck, Potential Fixes
If RV There Yet fails to launch on the Steam Deck, try using DirectX 11 instead of DirectX 12. Open the RV There Yet page in your Steam library, and select Settings. Head into Properties and type “-d3d11” in the Launch Options in the General tab. From the Compatibility tab, select “Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool” and choose Proton 10.0-2 (beta). Using Proton Hotfix from the drop-down menu will also work.
