Despite being a AAA title, Star Wars Outlaws has some fairly modest requirements to be able to run it. So long as you have a relatively new PC (produced in 2020 or later) that was built to game in some capacity, you should have no problems running the game. Massive Entertainment developed Star Wars Outlaws in their own Snowdrop engine. As such, it is unknown if it will have the same issues as the PC version of Star Wars Jedi Survivor, as that game was made in Unreal Engine 4 and very much seemed optimized for console play.

Ubisoft does require an Ubisoft account in order to play Star Wars Outlaws on whatever platform you play on including PC.
